1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the cipok7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. cipok7 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and applies mandatory KYC verification to confirm each Member's age prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each login session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of cipok7 or any of its affiliated software providers, game studios, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are under legal guardianship or otherwise lack contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• You may hold only one (1) registered Account on cipok7 at any time. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or voluntarily self-excluded from the cipok7 Platform. Attempting to re-register during an active self-exclusion period constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create a cipok7 Account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. All information submitted during registration must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. cipok7 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information. You must notify cipok7's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

cipok7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or during periodic compliance reviews. Acceptable documents include:

• Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• A recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered residential address (dated within the last 3 months);
• A selfie photograph held next to the submitted identity document, taken on request.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

3.4 Accurate Information

Any misrepresentation of personal information — including providing a false name, date of birth, or banking details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of discovery.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cipok7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers), and digital wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. cipok7 does not accept deposits made in any foreign currency; all foreign-currency transfers will be rejected and returned to the originating account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions. Withdrawal minimums mirror deposit minimums. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and are displayed within the Member's Account cashier section at all times.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited to your cipok7 Balance within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00 – 21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed in real time. cipok7 accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in the Member's name. cipok7 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests submitted during banking hours (08:00 – 21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Off-hours and Sunday withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to complete. cipok7 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Any deposit originating from a third-party payment account will be rejected and returned. This policy exists to protect Members from unauthorized use of their payment instruments and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the cipok7 Platform are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, activation, wagering requirements, expiry periods, and withdrawal conditions. These specific terms are published on the relevant bonus promotion page and form part of these overall Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the matter in question.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the cipok7 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. The wagering period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Member's Account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the applicable period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied toward bets already placed.
• cipok7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of duplicate accounts, collusion, or structured betting patterns designed to generate guaranteed withdrawal profit — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of the entire balance.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

cipok7 periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and international sporting calendars — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), BRI Liga 1 season openers, and major international tournaments. All such promotions carry their own terms and expiry dates, which are communicated at the time each promotion is launched.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on cipok7 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF matches), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — are subject to cipok7's Sports Betting Rules published separately. Wagers on bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets including 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cipok7 reserves the right to void any bet placed after a match has commenced if the data feed delay was material to the odds presented.

6.2 Live Casino

All live casino games on cipok7 are provided by internationally certified studios. Game outcomes are determined in real time by certified physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained live dealers. cipok7 does not manipulate live casino outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome already determined by the studio's server will stand as the final result.

6.3 Slot and RNG Games

All slot games, virtual table games, crash games, and other RNG-based titles offered on cipok7 use c ertified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. 6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws offered on cipok7 use officially published draw results from certified international lottery providers. cipok7 publishes draw schedules and results in real time within the platform. Any dispute regarding a togel draw result must be submitted to cipok7 support within 24 hours of the draw time; claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

6.5 Bet Cancellation and Voids

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the cipok7 system, it may not be cancelled or modified by the Member. cipok7 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before the relevant market could be settled;
• The odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure;
• Evidence of match manipulation or corruption is identified by cipok7 or a recognized sports integrity body;
• The bet was placed in a manner that exploited a known software error or pricing anomaly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cipok7 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identities;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee risk-free profit from promotional offers ("bonus abuse");
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting cipok7 support to resolve the matter;
• Publicly defaming, harassing, or threatening cipok7 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

cipok7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behavior among all Members. The Platform provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible at no charge from within every Member's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps that take effect immediately upon request;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period;

• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net account activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a minimum period of 30 days or apply a permanent exclusion — both options are irrevocable for their stated duration.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cipok7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cipok7 or its licensed content providers. No element of the cipok7 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from cipok7.

Game titles, studio branding, and related assets provided by third-party partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of the respective studios and are used under license. cipok7 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, cipok7 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical action, or circumstances beyond cipok7's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or acts of war;
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game data caused by third-party data feed providers;
• Any security breach resulting from a Member's own failure to protect their Account credentials.

cipok7's total aggregate liability to any single Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their cipok7 Account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by cipok7

cipok7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized account access;
• Receipt of a chargeback dispute from the Member's bank or e-wallet provider;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Detection of duplicate account registration.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting cipok7 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cipok7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon next login. Continued use of the cipok7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a voluntary Account closure request prior to the amendment's effective date.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cipok7 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cipok7's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents cipok7 from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

cipok7 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of residents of Indonesia. While cipok7 operates internationally and in accordance with its licensing jurisdiction, Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable Indonesian laws governing their personal participation in online gaming activities.
